How to Add New Skills

Step 1

From your dashboard, you can click on “Companies” in the boxes across the top, or “Companies” in the left-hand menu.

From the Companies page, simply click on “Skills.”

From the Skills page, Simply click on the “+” sign.

Step 4

On the Create New Skill page, enter the following:

  • Skill Name (the question you would like to ask the applicant)
  • Description (if you would like – not required)
  • Disclaimer (not required)
  • Tags (if you would like – not required)

And mark if the skill is Single Choice, Multiple Choice, or a Company Skill

Then click “Save.”

Step 5

You also need to set the levels for the skill by clicking the “+” sign and entering the answer. In this example, it is a “Single Choice” (yes or no answer)

***If you are entering levels for a Multiple Choice Skill, you would repeat this process until all the possible answers are listed.

Step 6

Now that this skill is complete click “Back to Skills” to add more new skills if needed.
