From your dashboard, you can click on “Applicants” in the boxes across the top, or “Applicants” in the left-hand menu.

From the Applicant screen, you can click on the blue section in the “Answered Questions” section to see all the questions the applicant was presented, and the applicant’s answers.
From the Applicants page, simply click on the name of the applicant or the pencil icon of the applicant you would like to view.
Step 4
At the bottom of the survey section, you will see all positions the applicant matched for and the percentage match. Clicking on each position in this area will expand the information to reveal the survey questions related to this position answered by the applicant.
